I recently left a negative review which I will reverse once I find it lol. Christi Pennington, the service manager, and Will Austin, the service advisor, corrected the situation the instant I brought to their attention. I told them that they didn't need to make amends, I only wanted them to be aware of the issue. I consider the response to a mistake far more relevant than the original mistake. Outstanding response! Thank you very much.

Got my 2019 Honda CR-V serviced. Excellent video from technician on car’s condition. Very caring and friendly staff: Methodical, timely updates, quick service. Service coordinator Mike Winton kept me informed throughout, went over the details of the service performed, and performed the additional checks we requested with the technician. Great folks!
