I had a great experience sending my car in for repair! 1. Big shout out to Drake who proactively updated me on the repair work progress on my car. 2. The technician Jacob also did a wonderful job explaining the issue with my car. 3. Lastly, the service center was a really nice and conducive place to get some work done if your repair didn’t take long.

Brought in my 2013 Honda Pilot and Madeline was my point of contact. She helped me with scheduling and was in constant communicaition with me before and during the service process. When I arrived for my appointment Madeline was busy and her coworker Andre helped check me in. Truly wonderful and pleasant people to work with here, very knowledgeable, professional, and just all around excellent experience.
