Ordered parts on a Tuesday and order was partially delivered on Wednesday. Was told by the parts department they would bring the missing item back the same day and told my customer they would get their car back that same day. Parts never showed up as promised and customer very disappointed because he had to arrange rental transportation.
I had a great experience at Honda Kingsport. Jeren was kind and explained everything to me. My wait time was great considering I asked to get fit in. Great check in. All are kind
