Jacob Allred was my salesman and went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted! I have been to many other dealerships and this has been by far the best experience I have ever had. I bought a used 2022 Chevrolet Equinox from Honda of Kingsport in November of 2025. At the time I bought it we had an extended warranty bumper to bumper put on the car. We never really thought we’d have to use it. On 2-27-2026 my car wouldn’t start. I had a mechanic friend tell me it was the starter. So we had the car towed to Honda of Kingsport to get it fixed. We were driving through Tennessee when we noticed our hood was vibrating and loose. We stopped in at Honda Kingsport without an appointment. The amazing staff there, lead by John O’Toole, diagnosed a screw had worked loose. He arranged for our repair to be completed in 45 minutes at a very reasonable cost. Thanks Honda Kingsport!
