Been bringing my Honda Element here since I bought it just over 3 years ago. Doug is always honest about what's going on, and doesn't charge an arm and a leg. He stands by his work too, and I appreciate that. I have mechanics closer to home, but I don't trust them, and they've screwed me over in the past. Well worth the drive from Grays Harbor to Steamboat!
Doug is an excellent mechanic. He is honest, knowledgeable and most importantly has integrity. Did not try and upsell Let me know what needed to be done and what should or could be done. Excellent workmanship, on time and fair. Will highly recommend to anyone.
If your Acura or Honda needs more than an oil change, the drive to Steamboat from Lacey is worth it. I don't believe the quality of Doug's service & the cost can be beat. He replaced alternator on our 15 year old Odyssey! We will return when our Odyssey or Ridgeline needs maintenance.
