Avoid this place at all costs we bought a 22 Chevy Malibu from them RS. They assured us the car was in great mechanical order and had passed the safety inspection. The windshield wipers on. It are completely gone. The car only gets 13 miles a gallon when it is rated for 28 city32 hwy and they are refusing to fix it or even look at it. They lied on our application to get us approved for credit. They lied about my wife’s employment. They’re falsifying records and I have proof I have filed complaints with the proper authorities... read more
Parts and Maintenance Department do not communicate. I was notified I have a recall, I was given appointment, waited almost 3 hours found out they do not have the parts for replacement. I had multiple complaints in this location but too many to mention. I Highly not recommended this service center.
