Diamond Valley Honda pressured me into buying the KARR security system when I purchased my truck. Had no other option since it was already installed. That system ended up causing serious computer failures — my truck even shut off at 65 mph on the freeway with my kids inside. Went there to make a deal on a crv hybrid today after getting a price online. The usual bait and switch tactics that I've come to dread from only bad car dealers. I had a good quote from their online department and when i showed sales rep Jonathan the quote, he said no way any dealer would advertise a price that low. I was pretty let down to say the least. This review is long overdue, but the customer care that I received from Diamond Valley Honda was so exceptional that I am compelled to write this review. In August of 2024 I received knock-your-socks customer care from the service department. This includes Ulises Flores, Service Advisor, Martin Paulson, Service Advisor, and Michael Carrasco, Service Manager. Will not buy a vehicle from here again.
Horrible service After agreeing on a deal on the phone, I arrive and there is no car. They manipulate their potential customers and waste their time just to bring them in, they are kind of scam the way they do and advertise their business, this is the third time i am about to buy Honda the car i really like, and then i back off due to Honda dealerships services.
