My husband, sister, and I visited this Hemet Honda dealership in end of January 2025, and what a disappointing experience! We had just come from Toyota, where we received exceptional customer service. I purchased a certified pre-owned 2021 CR-V and have had issues with the display screen/radio since I bought it 4 months ago. I’ve taken it in 4 times for this issue and spent at least 2 hours each time I go in. I tried to go through the service manager Mike, and he claimed to have tried everything including changing out the radio. Mike promised to call back several times and never did, I always had to call him. After he supposedly changed it, I got in the car and found my preset stations were still on it. Felt really uncomfortable with how they handled everything. Not a great experience. The guys next door at Toyota were a LOT less like sharks. If you enjoy confrontation you might like this place. Personally, I don't like getting pushed around when trying to make a big purchase like a car.

Three years ago I got a car from this dealer, car is working just fine. Got sold the extended warranty and I was so happy thinking that I'm covered in case of any eventuality, today I went to get a tune up for my car, just to find out that my extended warranty has expired because of miles, I feel deceived because when I got the car I was told that my warranty was going to be effective for the duration of my financing, which was 5 years, I asked specifically this due to my concern about the battery for my car (it's a hybrid) ... read more
