Greg thank you for being super resourceful. Great costumer service. I highly recommend this Honda dealer. The very best if you want to be treated fairly and with respect not like most traditional Honda dealers I’ve dealt with grumpy sales people who can careless to see a customer walk away bc they didn’t want to work on a deal. Hands down I recommend this dealer.
I can't believe I didn't read the reviews before giving a holding deposit. I simply asked for an updated otd sheet showing that deposit as a credit with the new discounted vehicle price. I texted it and even called to request it. They're stalling, but why? My gut is saying walk so I'm walking. I've requested a refund. Now, they're stalling on my refund. I will dispute with credit card. I also told them I did not want a hard credit pull, as I would be using cash..think they listened? Absolutely not! Now I have to dispute that... read more
