I have 2024 honda prologue.went there to fix the on going issue clicking noise while taking turns.they start giving me other stories of diagnostic etc no loaners. Dont know when to return car etc.In short poor customer service.extremely unhappy what a waste of time.

Words cannot describe how i wasted my Time at the Parts department this morning Do not go there, i ask for a simple price on a item they made me wait 1 hr to tell me that he forgot what i came there for, Management got do a better job with those employees..

I brought my suv to this Honda Service Shop for a piston ring job, the timing belt needs be removed so they can take apart the head to access the pistons, I was asked if I wanted to do a Timing Belt said no, since the Belt was done 40 thousand miles ago except for the Timing Belt Tensioner, I asked just to replace the belt tensioner. i probably wouldn’t have come here if i didn’t get my first oil change free, and i know they do that to get you in the door and establish a relationship so you’re likely to come back. however i probably won’t be back. the service advisors seemed really friendly but the one i had really was not unfortunately. he was a little rude when answering my questions
