From beginning to end, Theresa was kind, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and conscientious. She kept me updated with the progress of my rerepair, as to what was needed at the time of repair, as to what could be repaired and not repaired at that time, and what needed to be ordered for repair at a future date. Theresa's knowledge in the service department is a valuable asset to the company. She contributed in naking my visit to Honda City a stellar experience.
