I brought my Honda for a weight sensor safety recall and was told by the representative that it would take 3-4 hours to repair. I waited and after 4 hours later I was told it would be 5 and a half hours now. I wish they would respect the customers time a little more.
Had an appointment to do a free security anti theft deterrence installation on my Honda CRV. Drove from Flushing Queens 20 miles, 45 min. arrived on time, checked in my car. Was told by the attendant that because this is a recall, I will need to wait 2 to 4 hours for the car to be serviced. What was the purpose for the appointment? Customer service was great.
I have 2024 honda prologue.went there to fix the on going issue clicking noise while taking turns.they start giving me other stories of diagnostic etc no loaners. Dont know when to return car etc.In short poor customer service.extremely unhappy what a waste of time.
