Brian's main concern is keeping the customer updated on all work being done at the shop. He is very concerned about his job and working for Honda City. First time getting my vehicle serviced here so I cannot say much, I will repost in the future but today was pretty good 👌, service agent was friendly and knowledgeable and the wait was nothing to complain about
Mike Jud, my service Advisor is terrific. Very friendly and professional. The repair took less time than expected. The waiting area is never too crowded. There is coffee and a snack machine. Quite pleased. 😊
I bought a pre-owned HRV from Honda City at the end of February. In March, I messaged them asking about previous maintenance and was never answered. Then I scheduled a Multi-point Inspection for May 1st to check on maintenance, mostly my brakes, in person.
