After using this Honda and their service team for over 15 years, I'm pretty sure I need to go somewhere else. My AWD light popped on twice, and when I brough it in they told me that the entire rear def had to be replaced. $7600 but Honda offered to lower it to $1600. Seems strange. I brought it to an independent mechanic and it looks like the job is $200 worth of parts. Add in the service it needs and it cost me under $1000. Our sales person Alex was knowledgeable in all aspects of the car I wanted and answered all questions asked. He also helped the wife shop for a different model. All personal we dealt with were polite and well versed in their jobs. Honda City is the place to go if you’re in the market for a new car.
