"Brian" answered the phone when this service customer with other Honda products, who is a customer at the Honda Centre called for a price on a generator. All I can say is that he was rude. Wow...
It's hard to find good service these days but Simon is not only good but goes beyond. I'm a loyal customer now.

Friendly staff, even though usually busy. There's decent selection of clothes, helmets, and accessories upstairs.
Great customer service from parts down to the shop! Simon took great care of us in choosing our bike, natural conversationalist with tremendous knowledge complimented by his humility!
