Absolutely worst car dealership you can ever come across. no customer service what so ever. rates are 10times higher than market prices and the quality of the works is the worst you can get. Totally Avoid it. This was my 4th Honda lease but first from this dealership, hard to even explain how poor the overall experience has been. I had my maintenance contract covering oil changes and regular maintenance- but they would not honor it anymore (as they changed their ownership on paper to screw the customers). Talk about horrible customer service!!!! So my girlfriend and I went last Saturday to purchase a vehicle, the sales person mike is a liar, he doesn’t know the answer to the questions you ask him and he doesn’t even try to get an answer. He wants to act like he is "on my team trying to beat the finance guy" yeah right! He was clearly trying to convince me to pay a ridiculous high price. But wait... I was given one price over the internet. When I went in to purchase a car, EVERY car had thousands of dollars added onto the price for things like "protection package". There is no option to have them removed.
Was told the car was on the lot, an hour later when i arrive they sold it the day before...the internet people are just luring people in then asking if they can sell you something else! Lying to people just to get you in the door..the salesman introduced me to the used car manager and she lied to my face..she seemed unprofessional...i then overheard her yelling and screaming at the salesman to try to sell me a different car, poor guy looked frustrated, very unprofessional.
My husband went to look at a Civic Si there, ready to purchase with a trade in... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I'll try to condense his experience... they took 3 days to get him a REAL quote (not "Oh yeah... should be no problem to get it at $price). In the meantime, they never called him back, even when they told him a specific time to expect the call back.
