Took my wife’s van for a misfire so I had them replace my coils and spark plugs. A year later and less than 8k miles driven on the van it was misfiring again. I checked the coils and plugs and looked like they were still factory and were bad. I was charged 800$ for parts that weren’t put in. I always make all shops give me my old parts back so I know I wasn’t cheated but I forgot to ask for my parts back and I paid the price for it. These guys aren’t the only ones who do it so be careful out there and don’t get scammed.
My son and friends were driving from Wisconsin to Colorado when his Honda Accord stopped working. He had it towed to this Honda dealer. They diagnosed it, found a pcv valve for a 2007 and got him back on the road with in a couple hours. Thanks so much!
Had an extensive cracked windshield. Terri Adams, Service manager, gave us outstanding service. We were able to get a customized Honda Windshield replacement within two days of the loss. Terri went above and beyond helping me file a claim with StateFarm to get some reimbursement. Highly recommend this dealership and especially Terri. Very happy Honda customers. Thank you
