Was 5 star every time. Terri was absolutely your best service advisor and kept me coming for years. She's the best one I've ever had. When you have an employee that keeps people like me coming, you do everything you can to keep that employee. Id have gotten rid of my Honda a while back but kept it for the incredible service. Heck most everything i had done there I usually would just do myself but kept coming there because Terri was awesome. But without Terri I have no reason to ever return to this place. On August 21st, I attempted to get my driver side sun visor installed as I had an early morning trip the next day driving east to Madison, WI., and I knew the rising sun would be blinding. I had already tried two shops earlier in the day but they were unable to install the visor. I then stopped at Honda Cars of Bellevue even though I did not have an appointment. Took my car in for some detailing and worked with Terry. She was absolutely lovely and very helpful! :) Highly recommend!
The manager of the service department here has been the least helpful any time I have had to bring my car in. This last time I had brought my car in for 3 issues 2 of them were fixed and I was told to bring it back for the other issue because they couldn’t diagnose it, even though I had a video of what was going on. He then follows up with “whatever it is it’s probably not covered anyways”. How he figured that out from not knowing what the problem was is beyond me.
