On August 21st, I attempted to get my driver side sun visor installed as I had an early morning trip the next day driving east to Madison, WI., and I knew the rising sun would be blinding. I had already tried two shops earlier in the day but they were unable to install the visor. I then stopped at Honda Cars of Bellevue even though I did not have an appointment. Took my car in for some detailing and worked with Terry. She was absolutely lovely and very helpful! :) Highly recommend!
The manager of the service department here has been the least helpful any time I have had to bring my car in. This last time I had brought my car in for 3 issues 2 of them were fixed and I was told to bring it back for the other issue because they couldn’t diagnose it, even though I had a video of what was going on. He then follows up with “whatever it is it’s probably not covered anyways”. How he figured that out from not knowing what the problem was is beyond me.
