I confirmed multiple times over the phone with Liz, who assured me that several cars, colors, and a specific deal were available. Based on that information, we drove over an hour to the dealership. Liz was not present when we arrived, so “Yvette Rivera” was in charge. Financial Department is extremely disappointing and inconsiderate. I probably won’t buy my next car or refer anyone here because of the financial department. Service department staff is very friendly and helpful. Ready to take their time and address all your concerns and questions. Always a great experience no matter what at Honda of Toms River!! Financial Services however have issues much opposite the Service Dept. Very disappointing the lengths I have gone to without any resolution! They need to step it up !!!
Salesmen Mark was not great with communication and feel like he did half of the job as a salesmen. I am in an industry where selections and options are gone over thoroughly
