Their service department has fallen into such disarray it's embarrassing...I even asked for the GM (will not name names) to call me and I have been totally ignored...what a shame...found a much more receptive dealership closer to me and they seem to want to give customer satisfaction...shame on you Honda of Toms River 🤮
