I purchased a vehicle for my 19yr old as a gift and now 3 months later I am still unable to give it to her. The staff is very kind and the facility was clean but if you are buying used and paying in cash please go somewhere else. I thought going to a major dealership would be better than a local side buy here pay here but boy was I wrong. Was going to buy a vehicle, but received terrible customer service. Maybe it’s because I came from a job site (work construction) and didn’t look like the type that was buying?? Either way, took my business elsewhere.
friend bought a car there. within days problems. Three diagnostic tests and a different result each time. Lots of money spent to no avail. Still problems and no satisfaction. Seems like someone wanted to make money off this disaster. Still no solution. Going on since May.

I have a 2013 Civic with a bunch of electrical issues. I took it to Josh at Richards Honda and after service evaluation he told me my total bill would be $2147.13. My alternator was not at fault. Honda estimated my car value at $5000. I told Josh before and after I got the repair estimate that I did not want to find out that I had to repair more stuff after they fixed it, because it was an old car.
