Terrible dealership We purchased a car from these people and had major problems with it after the warranty. The paint started peeling something awful and they refused to help us with the problem. Their customer service and repair department are both terrible. They are not easy to deal with--very unfriendly
unhappy Go somewhere else to buy your Honda. Their sales tactics are unethical.They are not honest and you would be better off going anywhere else.
Poor Dealership I have nothing but bad things to say about this dealership, both their sales and service department are useless. They sold my father a new car years ago that turned out be a real piece of junk and they did not stand behind their product. My brother also took his car here for servicing and they messed up his car to the point that he could not drive it. They are very incompetent.
Horrible I have been to this dealership three times to try to buy a Honda and the first two times they would not even come up to me to ask if I wanted help and the second time I was actually driving a Civic with a lease expiring and knew that I just wanted a new one! The third time against my judgement I went back again with my wife and they would not honor the deal they had hanging in their own window because it expired the previous day.
Started out nice, but ended badly! Read the entire review. Busy place! But they were good to work with and we made a good deal. Fair price on trade-in using carfax numbers. Sharalynn was good with the follow up regarding the scheduling of the appointment. Our designated sales person Damian was very comfortable to work with as he was no pressure, truthful and direct. I came in looking for a new Hybrid. I didn't know that Honda stop making the Accord Hybrids however, I was able to grab a leftover new Hybrid from Honda of Freehold at an awesome price! Take a look at their inventory online! They have additional discounts in the showroom.
I purchased a 2018 Honda Accord with Raj. I LOVE IT! Such an amazing car. I had a wonderful experience with Raj of course! Thank you Honda of Freehold.
I went in for service for an oil change on my 2010 honda civic. I walked around the showroom and notice this beautiful Honda Accord that stated: $7000 off MSRP! I asked a sales guy and he said yes if you're looking to buy this car I can take $7,000 off the price. An hour later, I drove off the lot in my brand new Honda Accord. Thanks Honda of Freehold for your honesty and true discount. I love my new car.
