Purchases a brand new honda sport and was told oil changes would be free the first year. They only honored the first oil change. Called called Kevin the sales guy and he said he would take care of it and would get in touch with me within the hour. 14 calls later and two messages and two weeks have gone by and still no word. Shady business practice. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEW: I have been a loyal Honda customer for years, but my recent experience at this service department was disappointing. Since moving to the larger office, customer service has declined. There was no clear place to stand, no greeting upon entry, and I waited 5–7 minutes on crutches while multiple staff members were available. Do not take your car to this dealer for maintenance. Took it in for a routine oil change and brake fluid refresh. Walked out with several more items they recommended. One was clean the fuel injectors, which I agreed to. After the maintenance, the vehicle would stall every time I was descending a steep hill. Took it back. They then told me the fuel injectors need to be replaced. $2000 more dollars on top of the crazy charges for the first maintenance. Of course it was not their fault. I’ve had my cars serviced always serviced with Boardwalk Honda and I’ve bought several cars from them. Mike Reynolds service advisor meets you as soon as you pull in always pleasure dealing with him. Always make my appointment with him so I know I’m getting honest deal and dx with him.

I’ve bought few cars from here and Tamin sales person is absolutely wonderful very pleasant does everything possible make you feel comfortable with your purchase. I’ve always gotten my cars serviced there as well Mike Reynolds service advisor best anytime I schedule service I make sure with him he’s extremely pleasant and will do anything for you and even explain himself well never ever give you anything but amazing experiences.

Bought van. Now after two attempt's to call for oil change no return calls. Went online and still couldn't get one. I would hate to have something go wrong other than a simple oil change. Will be looking for another Honda dealerships

In 2008, I purchased a Honda Civic. My first brand new car. I took it to Thelen Honda for every oil change and any work needed. I got to know Chris McPhee in the service department and knew I could trust him. In 2020, I decided to purchase a new car. I was torn between a Toyota Rav 4 and a Honda CRV but decided to go with the CRV because of Chris in the service department. Sadly, Chris left, and the service department has gone downhill. Bought a 2018 ford f150 haven't even made the first payment on it yet and driver side wheel hub and barens need replaced and needed replaced before it was sold but when doing their inspection of the truck, they missed that part I guess and gave it a 100% ready to sell sticker. Oh, but they do supply you with a 6 month 6,000 mile (limited) warranty but it also doesn't cover any of the repairs. They do not stick by their vehicle's if something goes wrong even if you've only owned it a month
