Dr Hona Backstrom is a true healer. I started seeing her about a year ago when I found out I have Hashimotos and pre-diabetes. Her Accupuncture treatments brought me immediate relief of the symptoms I was having. What’s more though, is that she took a true whole-life approach and offered a lot of diet and lifestyle tips that have helped prevent the symptoms from occurring in the first place. Hona is the best! I couldn't recommend her more highly!
If I could give Hona 10 starts I would. She is incredible. I came to Hona 2 years into fertility struggles feeling a bit hopeless. She listened, asked thoughtful questions and came up with a plan for me we both felt comfortable with. 6 months into working together and I was pregnant and feeling better than I have in years. Hona is a true healer and her presence is like a warm hug. People who see her consistently will know what I mean! I’m so grateful for her and the path my life has taken because of her work.
Hona is the first provider who took the time to really listen to my concerns and acknowledge everything that I was feeling within my body. Every time I see her I feel absolutely amazing and have nothing but kind words to say about her. I 10000% recommend anyone to see her!! :)
