RecommendedChris our cool was very nice and did an awesome job of keeping us entertained and omg the food is delicious. They offered us complementary after we had been waiting a little longer than expected
Roach infested!!!! 🤮 Initially we didn't notice the dead roaches on the floor until we sat down. My husband killed 2 baby roaches on our table while we waited for our food. We lost our appetite. We paid for what we ate and left disgusted. We won't be back until they have new management. It's hard to believe they can't notice all those roaches.
We LOVE the food here at Hon Machi, but they CONSTANTLY get our order wrong. At this point, I do not even know why I bother telling them what we want because they just give us whatever they feel like. I have called numerous times hoping that this would change, but it just doesn't. A simple process can be put in place to eliminate this problem, but I feel as though they have no interest in correcting it. It is unfortunate because we really do love their food. We usually do not leave reviews but what we experienced this evening was quite concerning. We are Asian Pacific Islanders so Asian food and food in general is our way of life. We ordered Mixed Tempura and have to report that the chicken was not cooked completely and there still showed pink in all the chicken portions we ordered. The Miso soup was overpowered by the Miso that the texture was more grainy than smooth. Our rice was old rice, tasted stale and seemed to be just heated up prior to serving us.
