Janni was straight forward and answered all my questions during the house inspection.
To date I have had two inspections with Janni's home tech residential inspections my best experience was when Jenny found so many derogatory repairs in a house that I was going to purchase that I ended up not purchasing the house because of the amount of money that it was going to take to make it right Janni had saved me a lot of money I would highly recommend her for any residential inspections that you may have sincerely Greg McCluskey Sr
Janni was great!. She was very informative and thorough with our recent home inspection. She took the time to go over things and answer any questions there was. She is very detailed with her reports, however with buying a home there is no such thing as too much information. Thank you, Janni.
