Janni is the absolute BEST, the most thorough, detail oriented hard working and extremelly professional Home Inspector we have ever had! We’ve had umpteen home inspections prior to meeting Janni, and she puts them all to shame. I will never hire any other home inspector except for Janni! I HIGHLY recommend her and HOMTEC Inspections if you want your home inspection to be honest and perhaps SAVE you from making your biggest purchase your biggest mistake.
I requested a home inspection because I thought things were wrong but The builder just kept telling me that everything was within mfg specs. A 4 1/2 hour inspection! In every single room she was so thorough. Nothing got by her. When she was done, the report was clear and precise with pictures and suggestions to remedy.
