My wife and I are in the process of buying a home and Janni completed the inspection of our soon to be home. She did an amazing job, my wife and I are very pleased with her work. She was very attentive to details within the home and properly evaluted each individual room, top to bottom. The inspection was a pleasurable experience from booking on the website through receiving the final report. Janni is very knowledgeable, personable, and thorough! She offered tips and shared her knowledge throughout the inspection, and the report was very detailed and contained lots of pictures and video of her findings. Highly recommend!
Janni is very thorough and honest. Will recommend her everytime. When I recevied the report of the house of interested, i appreciated how she took the time to provide pictures of the issue and explainations. Sellers may fear her but us buyers definitely love her.
