I am a contractor and hired Ali Homsi in late 2021/early 2022 to draw plans for a structure I was building. Ali Homsi did not deliver work in anything approaching a timely fashion; when he originally said he would have plans ready in 2-3 weeks, the first drafts of the plans (which were riddled with problems) didn't come until 4 months in. This gentleman is a fraud. After hiring him to do a guest house conversion, he agreed to have the project completed and everything ready to submit within 2 weeks. After 6 months of constant harrassment, I got 75% of the drawings but nothing adequate to submit to the city for approval. After getting angry with him, he told me to take my business elsewhere.
