First of all let me tell you something, this service is not for everyone. If you are old fashioned and want to just call the realtor and have him make all the decisions for your then you are better off with an old fashion real estate service. We prefer their "open book" philosophy, if that is what I can call their model. This is a modern and very different real estate service. For us it was a truly unbelievable service.
