Bought the Homia cocktail smoker on Amazon. I was super excited because I love smoked drinks. One MAJOR complaint for me is that way too much smoke escapes from the base of the smoker and the smoke takes a very long time to reach the top of the glass ( and I'm using a shorter cocktail glass). We have to maneuver the hose by trying to point it upward to have the smoke reach the drink. Doesn't smoke like it shows online. I reached out to HOMIA and I am waiting for a response. My review is about smoking gun made by Homia. This is a fun infusion smoker, we're still learning how to "play" with it, but so far it's been good. If the smoke escapes out it can seem like a old smokey bar for a few minutes but we will get the hang of it I'm sure! The Fuma smoking gun is a great idea for some foods and drinks as well. We are enjoying it for sure! The delivery is FREE and fast I am totally satisfied with Homia company.
The customer service was FANTASTIC! I am more than pleased. I have purchased the smoking gun and I love it. I NEVER leave reviews. However this product is worth it. I have used this every day since I purchased it. Cheese, bacon, meat and more. I am extremely happy with this smoker. I cook EVERYDAY and I cannot believe how well it works.
