I honestly don’t like giving one star ratings but I am truthful with my reviews and this one is no exception. I hired Lauren for a second time to pet sit for 5 days, 2 scheduled visits a day, mornings 9am-11am and evenings 6pm-9pm. Even with the instructions that were on the website she uses for communication and the notes that I left around the house, Lauren didn’t follow any of these things. Her services were well below poor.
