Good prices and great selection of all what you need for your renovation
I was going to order some doors with them and decided to wait and see if the prices drop in the next few months. They told me the price and that the door company that would come and install it would charge me $350 per door. They told me that they don't make any money on this and it goes directly to them. I recently went to a friends house who has the same doors and just ordered them from a different company. The price of the doors were the same by a few dollars and the install was $250 not $350. They're incredibly responsive before you pay them. Once they take your money the customer service and their response time is horrible. Still waiting on an answer on when our item will arrive after waiting 1.5 months. 2 phone calls and 6 emails and still no answer. They simple don't care.
