Hired them to winterize a sprinkler system at a rental property. While they were there the tenant asked them to fix a sprinkler head she had run over and broke. Without checking with me to see if I wanted the additional work done and telling me how much it would cost, they went ahead and did it and billed me for it. I can't honestly rate the quality of work, as the sprinkler was winterized and I won't know until it is turned on next spring. This was a very disappointing review. We do 10 to 15 winterizations a day. Unfortunately I did not notice that this job was a rental. We arrived at the home and when the lady answered the door she asked us if we would replace a broken sprinkler head. Not realizing she was the tenant until we gave her the bill, we did as she asked and then tested the new rotor. At that point we did the winterization. Kent Miller did an excellent job of identifying the problem and repairing my Sprinkler System.
Discovered an issue with a sticking zone value, and fixed it for me. Service abive and beyond the call!
Kent did an excellent job in removing sprinkler heads from a Maple trees roots and resetting them. He also worked with me and the patio construction crew to move sprinkler heads further out from the edge of the patio.
They did a great job in installing my own kitchen faucet. The service call was $75 and the job total for installing the faucet was $176.99. They did supply two water hoses. I was told that if I accepted them doing the work while they were here, the $75 would be deducted from any work they did, I accepted. My bill for the water faucet job and other minor work must have been $251.99 or $251.99 minus $75 = 176.99 . I was a bit surprised about the 3 star rating and the comments so I thought I would explain how we charged this customer. The customer hired us for some electric work. I explained if we come out to troubleshoot the issue there would be a minimum service charge of 65.00. when we arrived we were not able to troubleshoot the problem which is when I told him there would be no charge at all for the electric work and gave him ... read more
