My inspector Rich was excellent. During my home inspection, he showed and explained his thought process on what he saw and recommended repairing or replacing. He completed and email me the inspection report on the same day. Rich was very knowledgeable and has a very pleasant personality.
Professional, timely, detailed
My family would never have purchased this home if we had received a truly thorough inspection report. We trusted this company to have our best interests in mind, and they failed us—tremendously. I’m writing this in tears. After feeling uneasy, we sought a second inspection from another company, and the difference was staggering!
