Eric was very punctual, professional, and thorough. We checked out several home inspector businesses before deciding on Homeworks and were very happy with the results. Update: We just used Eric for a 2nd home purchase and he found an electrical issue that I am not sure other inspectors would have found. The house had alumiconn connectors at the breaker but not on all of the outlets. He took outlets off to check and find out the homeowner had only done about 50%.
