Simple, told us when he would receive the carpet, set a date for the install and it happened just as they said it would. Not use to that. Great job. Would definitely recommend Homeworks.
Ordered a new track and blinds for our condo. It stopped working after a year of hardly any use. i called to get someone to come look at it. No phone call back . Called again and was told the owner was looking into it. Still no response. Our salesman is no longer there but a representative from the company could have set up an appointment with us to look to see how it could be fixed but they chose to ignore us.
