Simple, told us when he would receive the carpet, set a date for the install and it happened just as they said it would. Not use to that. Great job. Would definitely recommend Homeworks.
Ordered a new track and blinds for our condo. It stopped working after a year of hardly any use. i called to get someone to come look at it. No phone call back . Called again and was told the owner was looking into it. Still no response. Our salesman is no longer there but a representative from the company could have set up an appointment with us to look to see how it could be fixed but they chose to ignore us.
Ryan gave wonderful service. He patiently helped with selection, pricing, prompt measuring, contract preparation, watching for the carpet to arrive, and arranging prompt installation. As a result, our carpets were installed before we had to leave for the season.
Installed plank flooring 2yrs ago and had a problem with one of the boards. These guys jumped on the issue, came out a did the repair, Ryan in sales stayed on top of this from the moment I called until repairs completed. And Jason, who did the repair work was super.
