Cleanliness is excellent, the staff is wonderful, but the interior could use a refresh! Overall, I had a good impression of the hotel. The biggest plus is the impeccable cleanliness. The rooms are meticulously cleaned, and the towels are always clean and fresh. A special thanks to the staff: the Ukrainian girls who clean are simply wonderful – so sweet, welcoming, and smiling, they immediately lift my spirits! Axel, front desk, doesn't understand English, he misunderstood things and provided wrong information. We drove 1 hour because he gave us wrong info.
