We stayed here over the weekend and we were checked into a room that management knew had no working television. We spoke to Linda Jordan, who was not the manager, because there was no manager on duty. Linda was insincere, arrogant and unapologetic. They were sold out so they had no other room to put us in. I emailed the manager, DIANNA MULLER, two times before I received a response. She refused to call me and only emailed me. She also refused to do anything but offer us some Hilton points. I left my bracelet in a very specific spot and called a few hours after leaving and housekeeping claimed they couldn’t find it. I left a nice tip even though they did not clean the room or come in a single time throughout my 4 day stay. Then blantently stole something that was very special to me. Not cool I am very upset about it. Also no vent in the shower and smelled a little moldy. Never coming back!
I placed my reservation thru a third party booking site days before arrival. I arrived at the establishment around 8ish. Spoke with the lady at the desk, showed her the confirmation number from my email. She states that there is suppose to be an additional charge, outside of the incidentals fee, for the rate of the nights stayed. I told her that was outrageous and she told me to call Priceline.
