Started going to this hotel back in 2011 , this place has gone downhill tenfold, won't return ever again
They swapped our room to a cheaper room than we booked did not reimburse or swap us back. Desk staff and manager both incompetent and or unwilling to be helpful. Will never use Hilton again.
Booked on July 17th for a stay August 16th- 18th. Booked a double suite since I am traveling with 2 college kids for move in. Checked in, got to the room and there is one bed. Went down stairs and she said they were Booked so she would give me a $100 (inconvenience) refund and move us the next day. She stated she could give me a bed for my kids to sleep. Turns out, they dont have extra roll away beds. Lady on phone said well she didn't necessarily lie. But she did. She then turned around and charged me full price for the roo... read more
