This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We booked this hotel expecting the quality we’ve come to associate with Hilton, but this property fell far below those standards. The room was filthy. There were broken floor tiles, stained floors, ripped carpet, and it looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in quite some time. There was water sitting in the bathtub. The hotel was undergoing construction, which was disclosed only by a sign at the front desk and not on the website. Upon entering my room, I was immediately met with a strong chemical odor. The air conditioner was not functioning properly, with the room temperature at 81 degrees. Additionally, there were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, fecal matter in the toilet, and most electrical outlets were not working except those in the kitchen and dressing area. Alyssa at the front desk was absolutely amazing and went out of her way to make this trip smooth but housekeeping was horrible! They would do a “full service” and never vacuum, they’d leave towels but no wash clothes, never wiped anything down. I location was perfect but the lack of competence from housekeeping would keep me from coming back.

Hotel is older but well kept, clean. Has a nice pool, jacuzzi and grills. Very friendly stuffs. Big plus is pets friendly. Wish owners of dogs clean up after their pets. Hotel provides bags and small doggy gift bag.
