Majority of the staff was accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately our room was very dirty.Footprints in the tub, clogged tub, very dirty bare floors. Room was in disrepair. AC very noisy. Loud clanging sound. Couldn’t hear TV. Broken paper towel holder, broken wall lotion dispenser. The hotel has a contract with a local hospital for rehab pts. Customers should be made aware of this. Needless to say, Hilton will not ever be seeing us again.

We needed to schedule a hotel for our daughter’s surgery and it was blocked out. I called the hotel staff and they contacted their manager (Kenya) to make miracles happen to add two days on to our stay. The staff made it happen. They are angels and really helped in a time of uncertainty. Thank you! You are a difference maker and we are grateful. In addition the hotel was great! We enjoyed the pool and breakfast. The room was great too.
My name is Armando Lorenzo. I booked this Hilton property hotel for myself and my employees while we were working the South Florida Fair in West Palm Beach. Being the decision maker for lodging for my staff, I booked 9 rooms for 14 nights for my employees and myself, some even additional nights! The staff were friendly and helpful.
