Service, room and amenities are great
MOLD, PEE GALORE. ER VISIT. UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES. HANDICAP ABUSE. MISSING MEDS. I came here for multimonth surgery. Handicap doors to courtyard don't work. Shower uncaulked so water leaked through wall into closet under bed, ruined one of my bags and everything in it. When i told them about it, they lent me a fan...... I had a bit of a wait for my room, but Marlon was on point with his customer service! While checking in on room availability with the cleaning staff, he was also handling multiple guest requests and check ins all by himself. It was a very busy check in day, but I appreciated his professional and courteous demeanor.
I stayed 2/15 thru 2/20 and the receptionist help me find a room on the first floor upon check in due too I do not like elevators and the cook Anna cooked a different breakfast everyday with excellent hospitality everyday. Please send here to other location to up scale your services. Thank you all.
