Very nice and clean hotel. Excellent location near food and shopping. Easy on and off freeway. Breakfast included and pet friendly

This place needs help bad I feel bad for the staff General manager is probably one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. I was offended, just listening to a conversation between the general manager, and employees which would probably explain why this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at worse than that La Quinta Inn
The room was kind of clean. Bath tub had hair in it. The suite part had a dirty coffee cup and the couch had crumbs all over it. The pool was dirty. There was hair floating around and it had an oily sheen to it. The area around the pool was dirty also and needed swept. The pool also had rust around all of the metal drains. Pool was also not very warm. The hot tub didn't work for the 2 days we were there. I told the front desk and they said it was reset and warming up but it didn't seem to be.
