I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so shockingly bad that I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment we tried to resolve a simple issue with our reservation, the hotel manager was beyond unprofessional—it was outright disrespectful. We requested a cancellation, something that should have been handled with basic courtesy, and instead were met with hostility, refusal, and completely unacceptable behavior. Rooms were good they are what we expected
Older hotel, but clean and spacious. Parking ramp with parking access by use of hotel card and permit included in $50 incidentals fee. Older TVs require adapters for audio/picture when connected to personal ROKU
Really nice place for a extended stay. Lots of perks and clean rooms
