Right off expressway in Gretna! Complimentary breakfast- clean rooms- friendly & accommodating staff/housekeeping
Everything is good.
Well there was broken glass on the kitchen and living room floor from previous guests so it was apparent that the floor was not vacuumed or swept. After requesting towels 6 times, I was told I had to go to front desk to get them. I never got my welcome bag after check in. I am a Hilton honors member. Had the breakfast on the last day. It was OK. The eggs were on the grittier side and very peppery. The overnight oats did not sit long enough so they were hard.
You don’t have to be nice or cordial or helpful. Just don’t act like you hate me.
Great place to stay for business or vacation it had a full kitchen and good personal attention! Good atmosphere in general.
