I would NEVER go back to that hotel in St Jacobs again. If you have an issue, there is no management to speak to. There is no escalation - the front desk makes ALL the decisions. I found that they have no conception of empathy, sympathy, can utter very hurtful words and really don’t care about their clients. I am a 71 year old senior citizen. was a beautiful suite we stayed in..amenities were lovely but breakfast left much to be desired. hot food was cold and cold food was luke warm
Homewood Suites is a very nice place to stay. I want to give special mention to a staff named Inder who went above and beyond to try to help me and she was new
Excellents service, easy and fast check in and check out Great room with kitchen and full size fridge Pool is great. Not a large indoor pool and its only 4foot4inches at deepest. However that's great if you have children. After a hot day the pool was very refreshing. Premises neat and clean. The housekeeping staff are phenomenal - the rooms were in impeccable condition and the housekeeping team is hard working, efficient and thorough. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. Everything exceeded expectations. Thank you! In contrast, the front desk staff were an embarrassment to the Hilton standard. They under delivered and provided the top worst customer service experience both with check in and check out. They were not only incompetent and inefficient, but also lacked basic customer service skills.
