Stayed for a baseball tournament. Nice clean rooms, full kitchen, microwave, fridge, freezer, good breakfast. Would stay again. Pool was down on Saturday night which was unfortunate. Police presence at night, our team had an event in the lobby area. Seemed a bit extreme to have a police officer there but they must’ve had issues in the past. Nice hotel!
Excellent hotel... at the market
Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and everything else was excellent. The only downside was that the hotel was extremely cold, including the rooms. Even with the heat on, it still felt chilly. If the temperature were more comfortable, the stay would have been perfect.
My family and I stayed at this hotel for one and a half months in a two-bedroom suite with a kitchen. Considering the amount of money we paid, I can confidently say that the service was extremely disappointing. During our entire stay, the hotel staff showed little to no interest in cleaning our room. We had to go to the front desk almost every day and repeatedly ask for housekeeping. We were constantly promised that the room would be cleaned, but those promises were rarely fulfilled. Excellent facilities. Staff is very kind and helpful. As a disabled person, I was quite pleased with everything available and happy that they asked how they could help improve accessibility. Easy location to access St Jacobs village as well as Waterloo.
