Hi guys!!!! Just wanted to reach out and say what a fantastic stay we just had!!!!!! From check in to out everything was great. All front desk staff was warm and friendly even when we ask for a little milk for tea at 4 in the afternoon lol. Rooms were clean and comfortable, great job housekeeping!! Having the suite with amenities was great!!. Breakfast staff were great, and friendly as well. Food was hot, and had a nice variety.....keep up the great work guys!!

-Pool was not working first two days, and the other hotel's alternative pool is very cold -After checking, we found used toothpicks in the sofa bed, sofa bed sheet used and dirty, no pillows, no cover -TV very outdated no apps no internet -Coffee and hot water in the reception always cold or empty -Housekeeping does not come daily so we are left with only two towels for me and my wife and two kids , small garbage bins gets filled quickly and no one available to empty it. -They keep sending messages inquiring about your stay ... read more

The front desk staff were professional and helpful. No complaints. The swimming pool was closed for repairs. Nothing was mentioned on the Hilton booking app about it. We always like to use the hotel pools when staying. We were offered to use the Hampton Inn's pool across the parking lot. The location is good. Close to the farmer's market. Rooms are clean. The AC units are hard to control. The AC in the bedroom wouldn't work properly. The control unit doesn't function properly. Auto mode doesn't work. If you do manual fan it ... read more
