Went to stay over night to have a dental surgery the next morning and i was kept up all night from 10pm-130am. From people partying across the hall from us and I called front desk they said they will check it out never showed to check it out & they would move us never head back. Had to be up at 4am and be at surgery at 7am. I would not stay there again also it smelled like a water retention pound and poop outside the hotel … also tried to gave me a $25 girl card.
I was really disappointed with my recent stay. I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times before, and other than the very hard water (would be nice if they can install a water softening system), I was mostly impressed with the service. Not this time. It started when I checked in and noticed that the toilet was partially clogged, and the room safe had dead batteries.
