I have not yet had the opportunity to stay at this property, but I felt compelled to leave a review based on my experience with their management team alone. Due to unforeseen personal circumstances, I needed to cancel a non-refundable reservation. A masterclass in poor management and lack of hospitality. I strongly advise looking elsewhere. FRONT DESK: Overworked and visibly annoyed. Arriving late after moving out of our Waterloo home, we were treated like a nuisance. UPGRADES: I asked to pay for an upgrade, but staff assumed I wanted a freebie.
