Love this chain, clean, spacious rooms, great breakfast, clean pool and friendly staff.
We stayed here after a long flight from Hong Kong. Positives first: free light dinner and breakfast are decent, and free parking is a plus. The suite itself was clean and comfortable. However, our first evening was ruined by a serious privacy concern. At around 8 PM, while we were asleep with our child (jet‑lagged, lights off), a uniformed staff member knocked, then opened the door and walked in – saying he “needed to check something.” We were clearly in the room, but he entered anyway. I plan my trip to Saint Jacobs every year to go to the market and village. I booked my room at the Hampton suites. Upon arrival and checking in to my room. I was not happy with the kitchenette set up. I asked the staff Lydia Silva if I could have a different room with a full kitchen. Stayed for a baseball tournament. Nice clean rooms, full kitchen, microwave, fridge, freezer, good breakfast. Would stay again. Pool was down on Saturday night which was unfortunate. Police presence at night, our team had an event in the lobby area. Seemed a bit extreme to have a police officer there but they must’ve had issues in the past. Nice hotel!
