Stayed at this location a week at a time for 2 weeks for work. Told front desk about a faucet in bathroom area not having hot water. On my return the 2nd week getting the same room finding faucet still not working. Also sponge was not provided 2nd visit as well. I usually clean every the dinner ware each visit especially when I find coffee maker not cleaned and crumbs in drawers. Location is walking distance to Sheets across the street and close to grocery stores. Plenty of parking.

When I first checked in there was a unch of children running around everywhere and making tons of noise. I was thankful when they finally left. For Christmas, I received a gift of candy from the staff. I haven't ever had a hotel do that for me, nor was I expecting it.

The rooms are large and very comfortable, complete with a kitchenette and a full-size refrigerator, which makes a big difference for longer stays or traveling as a family. The daily breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a wide variety of options so there was something different to enjoy each morning. The fitness center is excellent, especially for a hotel gym—it includes both cardio and strength equipment, plus a full set of dumbbells, which is a huge plus.
