Very poor service.
Upon trying to check in, I was held up at the front counter for over 30 minutes. The front desk attendant argued that my room had not been paid for she showed me a screen where they tried to charge the card on file three times that day . I showed proof of the reservation and where it was prepaid. the front desk staff asked me to wait a while while she contacted the manager by message . My biggest issue is the lack of chlorine in the pool. They are going to get people sick.
