Rooms are mediocre, sheets looks like they hadn't been washed in months, brown stains all over. And pull out bed from the couch has a broken cross beam so it sank in the middle, with a bar at the top digging in your back. Not comfortable. Service asnt great either, employee stepped away to sit in lobby and had to call them over to check in. When people in the room above us were loud and jumping around, we called the front desk to confront them about it, they never did. Not the best stay.

We arrived and were told the hotel over booked for the night and the room type we booked wasn't available. We were downgraded to a different room, offered nothing in return for this change that was entirely their fault. Once we got into the room we found out the toilet was broken and the maintenance man had just left. We were moved to a new room only to walk in and find the room was dirty from the previous guest, so we were moved again. 3 rooms in one night. It seems they don't clean on weekends. I had to request clean towels almost daily. They failed consistently to clean on Monday will not be back. The meals were hit or miss. Also noisy at night. They have meet and greet Wednesday but closed early because there was not enough food for their guest. Disappointing for a Hilton.
