New facility with updated amenities. Safe facility and convenient to shopping and dining locations. Staff professional and friendly.
Beware when working with the Sales Manager to book long term stays in advance. I've worked with several other HS properties in the past who are very clear up front whether they will extend your stay based on the rate you booked at or not. I've lived in properties who happily extend you stay indefinitely at the rate you booked at, and I've worked with properties who make it clear that they will not honor the rate past the booking end and that you will be required to check out and check back in with a new reservation. It’s clear the hotel was rushed to open, as the flooring was not properly installed. The laminate floors lift as you walk on them, which is both unsafe and distracting. Noise from rooms above is also quite noticeable, making it difficult to relax. While the room itself was clean and the staff were very pleasant and professional, this hotel feels more suited for families rather than business travelers.
