We stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Viera Melbourne for a week and overall had a good experience with some notable pros and cons. The location was great, especially for anyone visiting for softball tournaments, with the fields being very close and easy to get to. The lobby kiosk for snacks and drinks, along with the self-serve beer on tap, was a really cool and convenient feature—especially for a newer location. Very disappointed. We figured we would stay at this hotel since it was newer than the other hotels we have stayed at here. The shower did not have hot water and we were told that many of the rooms were like that and they could try to move us to a room that has hot water. The front desk said there was coffee and tea 24x7 but when we tried to get hot water for tea at 5pm, there wasn't any. The bathrooms in the lobby had no paper towels to dry your hands.
