There’s one issue that keeps us from giving this hotel a 4 star review. The decor has been updated, the staff is welcoming and responsive, breakfast is pretty good and we liked the location. Unfortunately, the systems, especially the A/C, are outdated and not functioning properly in several places. We had to change rooms the first night due to a leaking A/C that was soaking the carpet. Excellent Hotel! This was my first time in Arizona, and I chose this hotel for a business trip. I don't regret it at all! Great location in Tucson. If you're confused by the time zone difference (like I was, coming from Florida) and don't feel like driving around, you're in luck: St. Philip's Plaza is right across the parking lot.
