Based on room and location it is ok. But, I have never seen such a bad front desk service in my lifetime. The lady who was in the front desk is not helpful at all. I had to wait 3 hours in the lobby with my kid who is 4 years old just because of her.
Decent hotel but needs a remodel. Rooms are old, have a musty smell and limited kitchen utensils. Breakfast is also unimpressive compared most Homewood’s. Front desk staff was amazing. Unfortunate location with leaving with difficult road access given a high traffic area. Not a bad place for 1-2 night stay but needs a full Hilton remodel.
Really enjoyed my stay here. The suites are so spacious and huge! pool was fabulous and right outside my patio door. definitely will be returning
