Our stay at the Homewood Suites in Trophy Club, TX was truly exceptional. We were placed here unexpectedly for five months while our home was undergoing insurance repairs, so this was not a planned or easy situation for our family. However, what could have been a stressful experience turned into something incredibly positive thanks to the entire team at this property. Great location ~ quick easy drive to Southlake and Graoevine. Excellent bbq restaurant within walking distance (we chose delivery)
I have stayed at this location twice now. The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice. Room has always been ready upon arrival. Breakfast is included and is decent for a complimentary breakfast.
The hotel is very clean. The bathroom and room overall were solid. Poor water pressure and pillows were just ok. I was disappointed that they stop breakfast at 9am. When I asked about why only 6-9. “We are only allowed to serve for three hours. And all homewood suites stop at 9” Completely false. But I guess that’s their perspective. Hardly ever a person at the front desk. And this morning she had her child with her at work. Not sure that makes sense.
