About 1.5km from the Vaughan metropolitan station for public transit. The rooms were beautiful. Pool & fitness room were great and well equipped. The hot breakfast was amazing! Highly recommend this place
Good things: breakfast, space in rooms, hot tub Bad things: Customer service is horrible!!! Between losing our reservations, not calling us back, we’re shocked! Losing Hilton honours rewards numbers. Everyday we had issues with their front desk. Cleaning service was nice but ran out of many items regularly as they clean every other day. Simple things like leaving enough toilet paper and coffee for 2 days and running the dishwasher for dishes were simple things we expected.
