I spoke to front desk, staff over the phone regarding items missing Now we’re left behind in room. I called multiple times and never got a confirmation about my sandals being there they kept making your excuse saying housekeepers are lunch housekeepers are busy and do not have time. Veronica was very rude do not recommend staying here if you do not want your shit stolen or gone missing and if you want a comfortable stay, I suggest staying somewhere else.
Beautiful hotel, and modern spacious clean rooms. Customer service at the front desk could use some integrity and honesty. Not great when you cant be bothered to do your job just because.
Judge for yourself! I personally am not comfortable staying here again after the kitchen issue, followed by the toilet issue cased by housekeeping staff here. Which is unfortunate because this is a family friendly, kid friendly place. The last staff person I had the pleasure of working with was by far the best experience with staff I have had here the whole time we stayed. I wish more people like her worked here I wish I had caught her name.
Nice place to lay your head . Nice pool and the gym is second to none. My 2 on service is a knock on the price gouging for snacks and such. A pint of ice cream and a soda they want 17.50 for. That's absolutely ridiculous
