First time staying at any Hilton and would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. The staff is amazing! Thank you Kim and Tatiana for being so accommodating. We were able to drop off our bags for them to hold while our room was getting ready(we had an early flight in and a late flight out). The hotel is very clean, no issues with our room at all. I loved the little kitchenette for the kids. If we needed extras of anything they brought it up quickly. The pool was great for my kids to enjoy after walking all over the city. ... read more
This was by far one of the worst check in experiences that I've had. There is no parking for check-in the only pull up availability is for Valet and they let you know immediately that you can't be standing there, so the only option is to go around the building and park in front of some house or illegally park at the end of the road because you can't enter the parking structure unless you have a key card.
