The only positive was the front desk clerk! She at least tried. We drove 3 hours after school and work only to check into a room that obviously was not swept, mopped nor vacuumed. The front desk tried to move our room to the last available room but had issues making the change in their system. We waited in the lobby for 45 minutes while the room was cleaned. Upon entering again, we could smell the cleaning supplies, but upon further inspection, there was still food debris, urine, red stains, pubic hair and toilet paper debri... read more
Super friendly staff. Very welcoming. Room is clean and well equipped. Smells very nice!
The breakfast was good quality, very clean room and nice staff
It was peaceful and relaxing.
A very nice area. The only thing with these hotels is that they allow people to smoke around you by the pool area and outside, which is not safe secondhand smoke is a big issue. Thank you for responding. Really appreciate it other than that. The staff is really nice.
