The absolute worst!!!! I'll post details in detail later.... This is an avoid at all costs situation.... Update: 2 hours to check in standing in the lobby with a dozen others ... Here's the thing....the computer was down but She DID have a .printed spreadsheet of all reservations and the ability to make keys.... Somehow she failed I to consider any other options and instead stacked a lot of people in the lobby...for literally 2 hours... They have a very nice and clean place, but I requested multiple times for a daily housekeeping due to the nature of my job but it never happens even the front desk said they will. Microwave door handle falling off. Bathroom power outlet not working ( tried resetting it already) towels smells bad

We booked for the pool. It's closed. They sent us nextdoor, the pool is broken. No heat. This is the third Hilton with this problem this week. Great for the Summer.

The front desk staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which was the one bright spot of the experience. Unfortunately, nearly everything else was disappointing. The pool at the hotel was closed, so we were directed to use the pool at a neighboring hotel owned by the same company. That pool area was extremely dirty, the water was freezing cold, and the hot tub was also closed. The condition of our room was unacceptable.
