Horrible. I cancelled the reservation 15 days before my stay due to a family matter. The day I was to arrive I see a charge on my account for the full amount of the stay. I contacted the hotel who said the night person charged me for the full stay when I didn't show up that night rather than for just one night. When I showed them my cancellation they said they had no manager and would deal with it when a manager came in. Then the property tells me that they will process the refund later. Horrible place.
