No toothbrushes, no toothpaste. They give you like four towels. The TV has about 10 working channels. $100 incidental fee. Used sponge. NO SOAP OR BODY WASH. BATHROOM TOILET NOT CLEAN FR. Elevator sounds and moves like it needs maintenance. Don’t stay here. DEAD WASP IN THE WINDOW. AC BARELY WORKS
As a Hilton Honors Diamond member who travels frequently across the U.S. and stays at various Hilton properties, this was by far one of the worst Hilton experiences I’ve had. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this stay was extremely disappointing. The room was not clean or properly maintained. The kitchenette was outdated, the stove was dirty, the box spring was ripped, and the light fixtures were dusty and dirty. Room was clean and tidy. Front desk associate was friendly and knowledgeable of the near by attractions. It was located near the event we were attending so it was perfect.
Stay here if you want to sleep in squalor. Immediately walked in then walked myself right out. Honestly needs to be burned down and rebuilt.
Morel 6 is better than this and that says a lot , sleeping in your car is more luxury than this
