Terrible. Every room has chairs with pealing faux leather. Every floor was flooded for multiple days from ice machines...the staff didn't unplug them just let it run and used a normal vacuum to get try and get water up? Everything in the room is dirty. I saw two small roaches in my room. Dirt and grime everywhere. Toilets have lost their ceramic coating. Place could not be worse.
the halls were nasty, there were bugs in our beds, NO HOT WATER at all, no way to control the AC, we were packing up to get ready to leave, which check out was 11:00, they shut off our cards at 10:30 while we were trying to get the rest of the stuff out of the room. The smoke smell was so strong in our room..
Check in was super fast and the woman who checked me in was very nice. I’m confused by some of the low reviews, I travel for work pretty often and usually stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Germantown but this hotel is pretty on par with others in the area. My room is clean and the air conditioning works great.
The absolute worst Homewood Suites I've ever stayed. I was in town for a funeral, so when I checked in. I went to the room to drop off my bag. I noticed the refrigerator and freezer didn't work. I then went to use the restroom only to find it had already been used and not flushed. There were urine stains around the rim of the bowl. I complained to the lady on the that was cleaning the rooms.
