Pool wasn’t open and the bbq grill was broken and we had to buy charcoal to bbq in Memorial Day! They have to do a little better but rooms are nice

First Mrs. Betty at breakfast makes this hotel worth staying at. Her glowing love for people is a great way to start the day. She is the reason I stayed, Nevermind the extreme lack of maintenance and smells. As someone who travels the country staying months at a time that kind of hospitality is what the hotel industry standard should be. Need to look into real maintenance people and staff who clean the rooms. Had to ask for clean towels, TP, or my floor swept, if not wouldn’t had never been replaced. The friendly employees here make this a good place. Our room was clean when we checked in, but we’ve been here a few weeks for my husband’s work & I have to ask for more towels, the trash to be taken & the floor to be vacuumed-everything I ask for is done cheerfully though. The tub faucet leaks and there are lights in the room that don’t work. BUT the front desk and breakfast crew are amazing. We would have moved hotels weeks ago if it weren’t for Ms. Betty.

Room services was unacceptable. Pool was closed yet they don't tell you this before booking. The pool look like it was closed for some time. Rooms need updating. Mine had a loud ac systems and the bathroom was missing handles on shower door. Cleanliness was minimal. This hotel was not worth the money I paid. Food was terrible. Never will.entertain this place again

The rooms and the hallways the rugs are filthy a bit smelly, but I could tell that the cleaning people are trying their best
