Old hotel needs updating badly. Card app will not work on room doors.
Showed up and maintenance had an issue with the room so they accommodated by putting us in the Hampton Inn next door. Rooms were substandard and small - paid for a 1 bedroom suite at Homewood.
Terribly disappointed in my experience at this location. I booked my room last night at 11:25 pm as we were going to be traveling trough and needed a place to stop and sleep for the night. We arrived at 2am and were met by a security guard who told us the hotel was saying we didn’t have a reservation. I showed them my confirmation number and reservation information and continued to the lobby.
