I stayed in a King Suite, which came with a living room and a kitchen — very spacious and comfortable! The service was great, and the overall cleanliness was good, though the carpet and the couch in the living room could use a bit more cleaning. What I liked the most is the location. Excellent! Huge suites, very nice front desk staff and service. Clean and comfortable. My only advice would be improve breakfast coffee and selections. Thank you!
This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The front desk staff, especially the women working there, are extremely rude and arrogant — behaving as if they own the hotel. I’ve seen them being disrespectful not just to me, but to several other guests as well. Their attitude is completely unacceptable and far from what anyone would expect from a Hilton property.
