This place was amazing! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile and she informed us of everything we needed to know. Our room was clean, free WiFi, kids liked the pool and breakfast was perfect for our family. Plus the ladies working breakfast were very friendly. I would definitely stay there again when we visit family in CT. It was hands down the best hotel experience I’ve had in a long time.
This is the most pathetic Hotel I ever came across. They are very rude. I faced a lot of issues at this hotel. They are not at all friendly. They all dont deserve to work at Hilton.
