Room was dirty. Shower was cold and nasty.
I was a bit stressed when I arrived, but the Homewood Suites did an incredible job of making my stay perfect and relaxing. Leola, the front desk attendant, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. She was attentive and responsive to all my needs, making my stay truly enjoyable. Great job, Leola!
The people that work here have the worst personalities. I should have known because I remember witnessing an encounter between a hotel guest and the lady at the front desk. The guest stated that they were rude & it went from there. I've stayed here 4 times and 2 of those times I kinda felt the negative vibes but the rooms were spacious so I didn't care. However it got worse with each stay and I'm finally done with this hotel. It appears clean but when you look closer you'll notice that they don't mop, or clean the tubs. They... read more
