I was a bit stressed when I arrived, but the Homewood Suites did an incredible job of making my stay perfect and relaxing. Leola, the front desk attendant, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. She was attentive and responsive to all my needs, making my stay truly enjoyable. Great job, Leola!
The people that work here have the worst personalities. I should have known because I remember witnessing an encounter between a hotel guest and the lady at the front desk. The guest stated that they were rude & it went from there. I've stayed here 4 times and 2 of those times I kinda felt the negative vibes but the rooms were spacious so I didn't care. Hotel was updated and very clean. The staff was amazing.....SO friendly! Rooms were a great size and bed was very comfortable.
Had to give a one star for Google to allow the post. Upon entering the room we noticed the table chair was beyond worn and presentable. The open hole in the wall of the second room is cause for alarm. Along with the blood colored stain on the drapes. The queen bed we noticed had a slight dip in the middle upon further investigation the box spring is snapped in half. Also Missing moldings, scratched paint and the final straw was the cockroach.
