Was early for room but ask if the room was ready. Previously they would check for me. The front desk guy would not check and just said check in 4 o’clock. No very good customer service.
Pros: Socials with good food, quiet stay, nice location, room size, and warming hospitality. Cons: Lack of hot water at times is a re-occurring issue, de-icing within sidewalks and parking areas is not done often, and lack of sound barrier within floor levels (heard loud steps from guest above often).
Room was clean but TV at odd angle for watching in bed.
The best review will go out to the AMAZING Staff member Viviana at the front desk!!! I wish I had stars here for her because she would definitely MAX it out. A wonderful, humble lady that makes you feel at home here ensuring you that you picked the right place. For the Hilton company, GIVE THIS AMAZING STAFF MEMBER A RAISE!!!
