Good place. Great staff! Outstanding manager (Kim)! There was an area power outage. The hotel was packed (including the conference rooms). The staff and Kim did a great job in attempting to accommodate all the guests.
The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I’ve been trying to get in touch with the hotel manager, and the front desk employee simply hung up on me. When I was finally transferred, there was complete silence. No hold music, no message, nothing. What kind of customer service is this? I’m writing this review because I was rushed while trying to explain an unauthorized charge on my credit card. They kept cutting me off and eventually hung up again. First I would like to say that the service from the workers was top-tier the breakfast was top-tier, but I would also like to add that upon arrival there was dog hair on the pillows I did go to the front desk to exchange the pillows for non-fur pillows Which wasn’t a problem, The couch smelled of urine , Shower dog hair in shower as well as the floor. I did love the big mirrors in the lighting in the room, though. I would suggest not putting people who don’t have animals in the pet friendly rooms , after getting out the bed ... read more
