I would like to absolutely brag on Ms.Tara I come to visit Homewood suites for a stay everytime I come in town from Texas and I can’t leave without seeing her .she just makes my stay feel like I’m actually back at home ,I love all the hard work she puts in to make me and my team comfortable on arrival & departure .There is not one time I will visit Shreveport and not stay at Homewood suites or Refer family and friends to stay ! I hope Tara keeps up the Great work each and every day she is there because it really makes a diff... read more
Beautiful, clean establishment! Fancy/ comfortable and affordable
We had an overall great experience! Staff was super sweet and attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here the next time we’re in the Lafayette area!
Upon arrival, keep in mind traveling 6 hours and check-in is at 3:00 p.m. The lady at the front desk told me that my rooms were not available, although I received a notification telling me that they were ready. When I got to my room, it was 62°, with the air conditioning running. It was about 40° outside! I had crumbs on my night table and my bed was covered with white dog hair!
