I recently stayed at this property for a week while visiting family, Each of the people listed below made my stay amazing. They are at the front desk - in no particular order, Jennifer T, Delilah, and Prentiss. The maintenance people Charles and Dee could easily have been customer service because of their keen eye on the customer journey.
Here for 33 days until I deploy. Great staff. Good breakfast and they have good food on Wednesday night social. Housekeeper Monica is the best. She really take her time and clean my room. She puts her love into cleaning. Thank you Monica

I would like to absolutely brag on Ms.Tara I come to visit Homewood suites for a stay everytime I come in town from Texas and I can’t leave without seeing her .she just makes my stay feel like I’m actually back at home ,I love all the hard work she puts in to make me and my team comfortable on arrival & departure .There is not one time I will visit Shreveport and not stay at Homewood suites or Refer family and friends to stay ! I hope Tara keeps up the Great work each and every day she is there because it really makes a diff... read more
