Room size is great, wonderfulview, but older room needs renovation for the price! Bath drain barely worked. Asked for no cleaning 1st day but they gave none for my 3 day stay. Desk said (when asked) it was unsafe to walk outside after dark - however only one homeless tent on block. Comfy walkable distance to city. Very nice lobby & front desk customer service. Overall, Hilton isn't what it used to be!
Absolutely fantastic stay. Lots of staff and a clean well maintained lobby, breakfast bar and rooms. Agent at front desk, Ryan, was superb. Kudos to him!
