Decent hotel, just had a few issues on check in. They allowed us to check in a couple hours early which was appreciated and said the room was ready but once getting to the room it was quite warm. AC set to 69 but never got below 71 for the 4 nights. Mx guy came and looked but never actually got fixed. I don't think the control really worked either because I turned the whole system off for an hour just to see and the fan and system never shut off. Simply an Amazing Experience!
Great rooms, wonderful view. Breakfast is average. Service is between unsatisfactory and terrible. Rooms we're late. Keys didn't work. No towels. Had to call the front desk twice.
Checked in on a Friday night at 11:30PM with no problem. Diamond benefits were only water bottles. Rooms were quite spacious, a lot more than I was expecting. Honestly you could probably comfortably fit five in the two queen suites between the two queen beds and the pull out sofa. They're considerate enough to provide spare sheets in one of the closets for the pull out sofa too! The kitchenette is quite large with a full size refrigerator. This is a great Hilton property for the location. Parking garage is great and safe if you have a compact car. Good for a short stay in Seattle. Easy to Uber cheap in the city. Great beer hall in the same block.
