The entire staff has been nothing short of amazing! High energy, positive attitudes and good communication! Getting breakfast I was greeted like I was family, all of the staff work like they love what they do. I’m so appreciative that I had the opportunity to stay at this location. Special shout out to Tiffany at the front desk for making my husbands birthday feel special! The kitchen staff Ms. Tashell, Tee-Tee, Morgan, Harol & Yarlin! I’ll definitely be back! 1000/10

Unfortunately, our stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton in Savannah was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price we paid and the expectations that come with staying at a Hilton property. From the moment we arrived, the experience was not what we expected. The front desk interaction was unpleasant, and the staff member we dealt with came across as rude and snappy. Location was perfect, staff was amazing and so sweet. Roof top bar was perfect for enjoying music, food and of course cooling off in the pool. The view of the cargo ships simply breathtaking. Our room was clean, and it came with a full size fridge and microwave. Comfortable bed. The ultimate getaway for our anniversary. Parking is $50 per day but the entire city has paid parking no way around it. I suggest do the hotel valet, well worth it. Valet was quick, easy and a very friendly staff.
