Had the strangest experience trying to book a hotel block with this hotel for my wedding . It’s like they don’t want to do business with you. I tried reaching out to Riley and Karla multiple times via email abd phone calls - left Karla multiple voicemails . And no response back . Unprofessional behavior in her part since she was the main point of contact, and all we had left to do was to sign the contract. Which for some odd reason couldn’t send it over . I stayed in the King suite halfway through a 12 hr drive. The staff was so kind and accommodating! The room had nice, clean, modern furnishings. The stove, microwave, refrigerator, and sink were clean and worked well. The bed was very comfortable. Perfect layover during my trip. The suite would be perfect for a family for a few days wanting to prepare their own fresh meals. Update 9/4/2025 My third stay here today and I’m thoroughly disappointed this time. The staff service was nice, the room was clean, parking was a little snug and WiFi had poor connection but other than that it was a great place to stay!!
